Complaints

At Kids 4 Us Nursery and After School Kids Club our aim is to encourage parents and carers to contact us to discuss any problems and be confident in our ability to listen and respond. We hope that any matter of concern can be dealt with informally.

In the first instance:

We hope there will be no cause for any complaints, but if the need arises Nursery staff will be only to happy to discuss the issue.

If parents are not happy with any aspect they should not hesitate to talk it over with Nicola Maczka (Nursery manager).

If Kids 4 Us Nursery and After School Kids Club are unable to offer you a satisfactory outcome to your complaint or the problem recurs we advise you to submit your concern to the proprietor (Val Price, Kids 4 Us, Upper Road, Madeley, Telford, TF7 5DL) in writing. 

The law requires registered childcare providers to investigate fully.  Kids 4 Us will provide you with an account of our findings of the investigation within 28 days of receiving the compliant in writing.  Kids 4 Us will inform you about any action we have taken or intend to take as a result of our findings.  (This will be a written account)

If you are dissatisfied with the final outcome:

Occasionally you may not be satisfied with a response following the complaints procedure, or your compliant may relate to an issue that you feel unable to discuss with Kids 4 Us such as a child protection concern. What to do if you are not satisfied with Ofsted response to a complaint or concern:

If you are still not satisfied after receiving Ofsted’s response to your complaint you may contact Ofsted’s independent complaints adjudicator at PO BOX 3124, Swindon SN6 8WD.
